With over 10 years’ experience in Broadcast Engineering Themba is one of the founders and CEO of T&S Associates.
He was the operations manager (Malawi office) for kwese TV a subsidiary of Econet media which had presence in over 15 countries in Africa. His major role was setting up the network infrastructure for the Malawi office which included a local TV channel UFULU TV.
Before that; Themba has worked with Malawi Broadcasting corporation in various roles under the engineering directorate.
Had a stint with Raiply Malawi where he worked as assistant electrical supervisor during his earlier years of his engineering career.
Is a graduate of University of Malawi with a bachelor of science in electrical engineering (2nd class Honours)
